Named ID MobileAccess 2.0, the offering builds on CDK’s popular mobile dealer management system capabilities and is available for use with internet enabled devices. ID MobileAccess 2.0 provides a range of features to increase productivity for dealers by using live feeds of information from CDK’s IntelliDealer™ Dealer Management System.
Among the new features, dealers can now use their smartphone or other mobile device to maintain customer information, map a customer’s address, view and manage customer calls, and access key financial dashboard information. These features build on popular existing capabilities including the ability to search parts inventory or view and share equipment inventory information.
